Units are available on an annual licence with a notice period of two months after an initial commitment of four months. Two months total charges will be held as deposit and is payable upon booking the unit.

Tideway Yard, Mortlake

Built in 1901, Tideway Yard and The Old Power Station have been imaginatively converted from the stables and coach house of the Old Barnes Depot into attractive office/studios.

The buildings offer spaces ranging from 83-1500 square feet. Many of the units have beautiful views of the Thames, with access to balconies or terraces overlooking the river. Many have their own WC and kitchen facilities.

A simple licence agreement enables you to secure your chosen office immediately without the need to commit for more than four months.
